This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally identifiable information’ (PII) is being used online. If you are a new customer we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this by ticking the relevant box situated on our Website.

We may disclose your personal information:

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
To enhance security, we introduced a 2-Factor-Authentication (2FA) to make sure thats’s you accessing our secure customer area and not somebody else. To do so, we will send you with each Login a PIN to your Mobile Number.



You are entitled to see the information held about you and if you request such information we are entitled by law to charge a fee to meet our costs in providing you with such information.

You may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us using one of the methods set out at the end of this policy.



The National Courts of each separate entity will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to, a visit to our Websites. These terms are governed by these National Laws. For INAX AG and ISANDO Technologies AG (if appointed as Sub Contractor) the Swiss Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction; for ISANDO Technologies B.V. (if appointed as Sub Contractor) the Dutch law applies.
